You no longer had to feel like you have bricks on your feet to get the performance that you are looking for. The new Recon 130 MV packs a ton of performance into an extremely lightweight boot. Powered by K2's Powerlite Shell and Powerfuse Spyne, this boot will be able to charge down the mountain with a ton of response and peformance. The inside of this boot is equally impressive. K2 has stuffed this boot with the PrecisionFit Pro liner which fits great and is very comfortable.

- Powerlite Shell
- New for 2019, the Powerlite shell is purpose-built to be the lightest weight, best shell in skiing. The Powerlite shell is made with 4 different stiffnesses of TPU and optimized wall thickness profiling to create a paradoxical balance of lightweight agility and power. The resulting boots weigh in as some of the lightest alpine boots on the market, yet the ski with all the power and drive of heavier boots. Rounded out with FastFit ease of entry and full TPU bootfitter customization capabilities, the all-new Recon has raised the bar and proven that truly "Less is more".
- TPU Heat Moldable
- A Lightweight shell with heat moldable capablities to get rid of hot spots or problem areas.
- Fastfit Entry
- Softer TPU materials designed into the instep area of the Powerlite shell for quick and easy entry and exit.
- Powerfuse Spyne
- A rear co-injected "Y" shaped support that adds strength and power to the Energy Interlock in order to maximize fore/aft flex efficiency and lateral stiffness for responsiveness in every type of terrain.
- Energy Interlock
- A rivet free technology that integrates the cuff and shell, putting less stress on the boot's material and produces a smoother, progressive flex.

- Precision Fit Pro Liner
- Pre Molded and lasted with Ultralon heat moldable foams. Features an asymmetric tongue, pre molded ankle pockets and a high density power collar for a firm but comfortable performance fit.This liner also features Ultralon heat mold-able cross linked eva foams and other compsition layers. These are sll lasted for a comfortable yet percise fit. Warm, Durable with heat customization.
