- (Also known as Antiskid Matte/Rubber 2.0) This is a new matte clear that is different than the Silk/Rubber of the past. It still offers a good grip but with a lot more room for adjustment with tricks. So far the durability of this clear has been next level. After testing for a while we are stoked to add this new clear to our line up!

- Natty or Natural means the wood is exposed without paint or a clear coat. This tends to be more slick at first but with time and sweat a natty tama can break in to have a lot of grip.
The "shape" of. a kendama generally refers to the specs of the ken or handle. There are a variety of ken shapes and as the game of kendama continues. to progress shapes and styles change to meet new needs for play. Certain ken shapes help make learning or landing certain tricks easier, but for the most part ken choice comes down to player preference.
